Wesley Ramjeet, CPA - Managing Partner

Wesley Ramjeet is the founder and managing partner of Profit Planners, Inc. He has over 20 years of business advisory, accounting, and tax experience. Prior to Profit Planners, Wesley was the chief financial officer of YouthStream Media Networks, a NASDAQ company with media and retail divisions. Wesley began his professional career in the entrepreneurial services group at Ernst and Young, LLP. During his nine years at Ernst and Young, Wesley served both private and public companies in various industries, including technology, media, retail, manufacturing, and financial services. He currently is also the chairman of Micro-Cap Review, Profit Planners Management (PPMT.OB), and 3A Media. Wesley holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from St. John's University in New York, NY.
Alexander J. Hart, CPA, MBA – Partner

Alex Hart has over 20 years of tax, accounting, and business advisory experience. He specializes in tax planning and strategy, as well as providing CFO advisory services to privately held businesses. Before joining Profit Planners, Alex was a controller of a major newspaper in New York City and served as the chief financial officer of a health care company. Alex was the managing partner of Sacher & Hart LLC, a firm in Westchester, NY that provides tax preparation and planning services to privately held businesses and individuals. Alex actively writes a tax column for Micro-Cap Review magazine on tax strategies for business owners and executives. He received his accounting degree from Pace University and his MBA in finance from St. John’s University.
Stella M. Vida, CPA – Partner

Stella Vida has over 20 years of public and private accounting experience. Prior to joining Profit Planners, Inc., Stella was a partner at Sacher & Hart LLC, a Westchester, NY-based accounting firm involved in audit and tax work of privately held companies. Prior to Sacher & Hart LLC, she was a senior accounting manager at TAL International (formerly Transamerica Leasing) where she spent nine years in financial reporting. At TAL International, she was involved in the due diligence process for the sale of the Company and in its initial public offering. She began her career in public accounting at Marks Paneth & Schron LLP and CBIZ Mahoney Cohen & Company. At these two firms, her work experience centered around clients in various industries including publishing, apparel, retail and manufacturing. Stella holds a bachelor’s degree in public accounting from Pace University.
Dennis Skibinski, CPA - Director

Dennis Skibinski has more than 25 years experience in the financial services industry with extensive contacts in the banking and the investment community. Most recently Dennis was responsible for commercial and institutional new business development in New Jersey for North Fork Bank (also Capital One Bank). Dennis introduced his business relationships to the bank, closed over $100 million in small business loans, and helped attract over $50 million of new deposits. Prior to his tenure at North Fork Bank, Dennis was the CFO/controller of a leading money transmitter and telecommunication company. Dennis is a multi-talented management professional with expertise in cash management, borrowing, cash forecasting, budgeting, and banking relations. Dennis is committed to helping companies streamline operations to reduce costs and increase productivity. Dennis has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Long Island University in New York City and holds his Series 19 and 21 licenses.
Jacqueline D. Devaux, CPA – Director of Accounting Services

Jacqueline Devaux has over 25 years of public and private accounting, auditing, and tax experience. Prior to joining Profit Planners, Inc., Jacqueline was an accounting professional at a small accounting firm based in Westchester, NY that provided accounting, tax, and estate planning. Previous to that position she was the director of taxation and due diligence for a Westchester firm where she was involved in auditing, preparation of corporate and individual tax returns. She was an audit manager for BDO Seidman in White Plains, NY and was an audit supervisor for an accounting firm in New York City. Her private industry experience includes being a corporate controller for a mid size manufacturer company based in Westchester and a finance manager for a publicly held company. Jacqueline holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Bernard M. Baruch (CUNY).
Jennifer Anglade – Manager of Accounting Services

Jennifer Anglade has over five years of private industry and public accounting experience. Prior to joining Profit Planners, Inc., she was a senior financial analyst for Viacom, an entertainment and media company. At Viacom she worked on acquisitions, dispositions, split-offs and SEC filings. She began her professional career as an auditor at Deloitte & Touche LLP. She worked with domestic and international clients in the financial services industry, including broker-dealers, banks, investment partnerships, and holding companies. Jennifer received her bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Maryland at College Park, MD.
Jacquelyn Peters - Director of Accounting Services

Jacquelyn Peters has over eight years of experience in public and private accounting. Prior to joining Profit Planners, Inc., Jackie was an accounting manager for RHI Entertainment (formerly known as Hallmark Entertainment), a movie producer and distributor. Prior to RHI, she worked as a senior accountant at Take 2 Interactive, Inc., one of the largest creators and distributors of video games. She began her professional career as an auditor at Deloitte & Touche LLP where she worked with real estate, securities, investment, and small business clients. Jackie received a bachelor’s degree in accounting from New York University's Stern School of Business.
Joanne M. Iannacchino - Director of Accounting Services

Joanne Iannacchino has over 20 years of experience in accounting and finance. She is currently the director of finance for the largest privately held recruiting search firm based in Maryland. Previously she worked for an accounting firm in Westchester, NY where she performed due diligence, mergers and acquisitions, and extensive QuickBooks accounting work. Prior to that time, Joanne worked for Unilever North America for 15 years. At Unilever Joanne held various positions of increasing responsibility, including cost accountant, mergers and acquisitions specialist, budgeting and planning manager, IT planning manager, and CFO of the fragrance and cosmetic division before it was sold. Joanne holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration- major in accounting minor in finance- from Pace University.
